Uluslararas\u0131 Diren\u00e7lilik Kongresi, ODT\u00dc K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Kongre Merkezi\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBilgi Teknolojileri \u00c7a\u011f\u0131nda Diren\u00e7lilik\u201d ana temas\u0131yla d\u00fczenlenen kongreye d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerinden afet y\u00f6netimi uzmanlar\u0131, akademisyenler, kamu kurumlar\u0131, yerel y\u00f6netimler, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri kat\u0131ld\u0131. Kongrede afet risklerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u015fehirle\u015fme, dijital d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ve toplumsal dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi konular\u0131 ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi KE\u00c7-T\u0130M ekibi, afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve risk y\u00f6netimi alan\u0131ndaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde \u00f6nemli olan bu organizasyonda Ankara\u2019da AFAD akreditasyonu alan ilk ve tek belediye ekibi olarak kongrede yerini ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi akreditasyon ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Ankara\u2019da AFAD akreditasyonu alan ilk ve tek belediye olma ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi, bu \u00f6nemli ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Orta Do\u011fu Teknik \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nde (ODT\u00dc) d\u00fczenlenen 8. Uluslararas\u0131 Diren\u00e7lilik Kongresi\u2019ne davet edildi. Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi Afet \u0130\u015fleri ve Risk Y\u00f6netimi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc b\u00fcnyesinde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcdahale Ekibi (KE\u00c7-T\u0130M), d\u00fcnyan\u0131n farkl\u0131 \u00fclkelerinden afet y\u00f6netimi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131 bir araya getiren kongrede a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 stantla belediyenin afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 temsil etti.<\/p>\n<p>Afetlere m\u00fcdahale kapasitesini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi, yak\u0131n zamanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen s\u0131nav ve de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlayarak akreditasyon almaya hak kazand\u0131. Ankara\u2019da bu ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fan ilk ve tek belediye olan Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi, afet y\u00f6netimi alan\u0131nda ortaya koydu\u011fu kurumsal kapasite ve haz\u0131rl\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla 8. Uluslararas\u0131 Diren\u00e7lilik Kongresi\u2019ne davet ald\u0131. Kongrede stant a\u00e7an KE\u00c7-T\u0130M ekibi, Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi\u2019nin afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k, risklerin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ve kriz anlar\u0131nda etkin m\u00fcdahale konusundaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131tma f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu.<\/p>\n<p>Bilimsel bilgi ve kurumlar aras\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi \u00f6n planda<\/p>\n<p>Afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 daha g\u00fcvenli, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve ya\u015fanabilir \u015fehirler olu\u015fturulmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen kongrede, krizlere haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olman\u0131n ve de\u011fi\u015fen ko\u015fullara uyum sa\u011flaman\u0131n \u00f6nemi vurguland\u0131. Afet \u00f6ncesinde risklerin belirlenmesi, olas\u0131 kay\u0131plar\u0131n en aza indirilmesi ve afet sonras\u0131nda h\u0131zl\u0131 ve etkili m\u00fcdahale mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, uygulama \u00f6rnekleri ve yeni projeler de\u011ferlendirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Kongre kapsam\u0131nda afet y\u00f6netiminde kurumlar aras\u0131 koordinasyon, bilgi teknolojilerinin kullan\u0131m\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik risk y\u00f6netimi, afet bilgi sistemleri, kentsel diren\u00e7lilik ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik gibi ba\u015fl\u0131klarda g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131\u015fveri\u015finde bulunuldu. Bilimsel veriler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortak hareket etmenin, kamu kurumlar\u0131 ile yerel y\u00f6netimler aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc i\u015f birlikleri olu\u015fturman\u0131n ve afetlere y\u00f6nelik uzun vadeli stratejiler geli\u015ftirmenin gereklili\u011fi \u00fczerinde duruldu.<\/p>\n<p>KE\u00c7-T\u0130M uluslararas\u0131 bilgi ve deneyim payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda yer ald\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi ad\u0131na kongreye kat\u0131lan KE\u00c7-T\u0130M ekipleri, afet y\u00f6netimi alan\u0131ndaki ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yak\u0131ndan takip ederek farkl\u0131 kurum ve uzmanlar\u0131n bilgi ve deneyimlerinden yararlanma imk\u00e2n\u0131 buldu. Kongrede ele al\u0131nan yenilik\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, teknolojik geli\u015fmeler ve afetlere m\u00fcdahale stratejileri, yerel y\u00f6netimlerin afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131k kapasitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara\u2019da uluslararas\u0131 akreditasyon alan ilk ve tek belediye olarak kongreye \u00f6zel davetle kat\u0131lan Ke\u00e7i\u00f6ren Belediyesi, afetlere kar\u015f\u0131 bilin\u00e7li, haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ve diren\u00e7li bir toplum olu\u015fturma hedefi do\u011frultusunda y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla dikkat \u00e7ekti.
