Senaryo gere\u011fi Buca\u2019daki y\u0131k\u0131lan bir okul binas\u0131nda arama kurtarma, yang\u0131na m\u00fcdahale ve havadan tahliye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>30 Ekim 2020\u2019de 117 ki\u015finin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi \u0130zmir Depremi\u2019nin 6\u2019nc\u0131 y\u0131l\u0131nda, olas\u0131 afetlere haz\u0131rl\u0131k amac\u0131yla \u0130zmir B\u00f6lgesel D\u00fczey Masaba\u015f\u0131 ve Saha Deprem Tatbikat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. \u0130zmir Valisi Dr. S\u00fcleyman Elban\u2019\u0131n sevk ve idaresinde, \u0130l Afet ve Acil Durum M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (AFAD) koordinasyonunda d\u00fczenlenen tatbikatta, senaryo gere\u011fi merkez \u00fcss\u00fc \u0130zmir\u2019in Kemalpa\u015fa il\u00e7esi olan, 6,7 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ve 8 kilometre derinli\u011finde bir deprem meydana geldi. \u0130zmir\u2019in 30, Manisa\u2019n\u0131n 8 ve Ayd\u0131n\u2019\u0131n 5 il\u00e7esini kapsayan senaryo do\u011frultusunda, farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde meydana geldi\u011fi varsay\u0131lan afet ve acil durumlara m\u00fcdahale edildi. T\u00fcrkiye Afet M\u00fcdahale Plan\u0131 (TAMP) kapsam\u0131nda kurumlar aras\u0131 koordinasyonu ve m\u00fcdahale kapasitesini geli\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7layan tatbikata; \u0130zmir AFAD Merkezi, 30 il\u00e7enin AFAD y\u00f6netim merkezleri, \u0130zmir\u2019deki 23 yerel d\u00fczey afet grubu ile AFAD taraf\u0131ndan akredite edilen 36 kamu ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015fu kat\u0131ld\u0131. Manisa, U\u015fak, Denizli, Bal\u0131kesir, Ayd\u0131n ve Mu\u011fla\u2019dan gelen arama kurtarma ekipleri de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara destek verdi. Toplam 2 bin 198 personelin g\u00f6rev ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 tatbikatta, biri helikopter olmak \u00fczere 486 ara\u00e7 ve ekipman kullan\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131k\u0131lan okulda havadan ve karadan kurtarma operasyonu<\/p>\n<p>Tatbikat kapsam\u0131nda \u0130zmir\u2019in farkl\u0131 il\u00e7elerinde, deprem sonras\u0131nda ya\u015fanabilecek afet ve acil durumlara y\u00f6nelik uygulamalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Alia\u011fa\u2019daki SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye tesislerinde kimyasal, biyolojik, radyolojik ve n\u00fckleer (KBRN) olay\u0131na m\u00fcdahale edilirken Bal\u00e7ova, Buca ve Torbal\u0131\u2019da enkazda arama kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. Menemen\u2019de yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kan bir \u00e7iftlikte hayvanlar tahliye edildi, Maltepe Mahallesi\u2019nde ise suda arama kurtarma uygulamas\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131. Buca\u2019daki senaryo gere\u011fi depremde hasar g\u00f6rerek y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 varsay\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7 katl\u0131 okul binas\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan yang\u0131na \u0130zmir \u0130tfaiyesi ekipleri m\u00fcdahale etti. Yang\u0131nla m\u00fccadele eden ekipler, binan\u0131n \u00fcst katlar\u0131nda mahsur kalan bir ki\u015fiyi merdivenli ara\u00e7la kurtard\u0131. Okuldaki kurtarma \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 havadan ve karadan e\u015f zamanl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc. Asker\u00ee helikopterle okulun \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na ula\u015fan ekipler, burada mahsur kalan bir ki\u015fiyi kurtard\u0131. AFAD personeli ise kurdu\u011fu havai hat sistemiyle bina i\u00e7erisindeki vatanda\u015flar\u0131 sedyelerle a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 indirdi.
